The good stuff is behind the door
The numbers, the lease, the IM. Tell us who you are, sign the confidentiality agreement, and we'll hand you the key.
What you'll see inside
- The Information Memorandum
- Profit & loss summaries and add-backs
- Lease or freehold details
- Franchise terms, where relevant
- Equipment and stock lists
View-only and watermarked with your name. Access is logged and expires after 30 days.
Sit down with the real numbers
Once you're approved and the confidentiality agreement is signed, we go through the IM, the P&L and the lease together. Ask the awkward questions. That's what the room is for.

Request access
Hit "Request access" on a listing. Tell us who you are and give your privacy consent: separate, unticked boxes, nothing bundled.
E-sign the NDA
Sign the REIQ Prospective Buyer Agreement online. It comes pre-filled and takes about two minutes.
Trent approves
Trent reads every request himself and approves, declines politely, or calls you first.
Into the War Room
You get 30 days of view-only, watermarked access to that listing's room: the IM, financials and lease.
Honest bit
Most enquiries don't buy. That's fine. The War Room just makes sure the owner's private stuff only goes to people who've said who they are and agreed to keep it quiet.
Read the Privacy Notice before you start.
Why do I have to sign anything?
Because the owner's numbers, staff and lease are confidential. The agreement protects them, and it's standard for business sales in Queensland.
How long does approval take?
Usually within one business day. If Trent wants a chat first, he'll ring.
Do I need finance sorted first?
No, but it helps. If you want, Yes can talk finance with you separately. That's optional and has its own consent box.
Can I download the IM?
By default it's view-only with a watermark. If you need a copy for your solicitor or accountant, ask.
What if I'm buying through a company or trust?
Tell us at step 1. Whoever signs needs authority to sign for the entity. The form explains why in plain English.
