Our digital guides and templates (for example Lender-Ready by Trent Yesberg, The Business Loan Document Checklist and the Cash Flow Forecast and Debt Schedule) are sold by Old Kent TY Pty Ltd trading as Yes Property & Finance Services, ABN 48 626 700 605, 7 Valentine Court, West End QLD 4810. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
What you're buying
These are digital downloads (PDF, Word and Excel files). You can download them straight after payment from your order page. Nothing is posted to you. They are general information only and don't take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. They must be of acceptable quality, match their description and do what we said they would do.
- Major problem: if a product has a major failure (for example it is significantly different from its description, or it doesn't work and can't easily be fixed), you can choose a full refund or a replacement. You can also choose to keep it and be compensated for the drop in value.
- Minor problem: if the problem is minor (for example a file is corrupted, won't open or has an error we can correct), we'll fix it by sending you a working or corrected file within a reasonable time. If we can't, or don't, you can ask for a refund.
There's no set deadline for raising a problem with a faulty product: let us know within a reasonable time. Refunds are the full amount you paid, returned to your original payment method. Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Change of mind
Because the files are delivered instantly and can't be returned, we don't give refunds if you simply change your mind after buying. This doesn't affect your rights if a product is faulty or not as described. We will always refund a duplicate purchase (if you accidentally buy the same product twice).
A lender's decision about your application is not a fault in the product. Our guides explain how business lending generally works; they don't promise any outcome.
Download problems
If a download fails or you lose your order link, email us. We'll send the files by email.
How to ask for a refund or fix
Email [email protected] or call 0438 737 512. Tell us the email address you used at checkout, the product, and what's wrong. Your Stripe receipt number helps. We aim to reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe; your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
